1. Delivery Zones:

We offer guaranteed local delivery and most areas in metro Melbourne. Please check with our team to confirm whether your desired delivery location falls within our coverage area.

2. Delivery Times:

Our delivery hours are 9:30 to 4:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 2:00 Saturday and Sunday. While we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, we can offer AM or PM deliveries. For special requests or considerations, kindly contact us.

3. Same Day Delivery:

For same-day delivery, orders must be placed and confirmed by 12pm AEST. Orders received after this cut-off time will be scheduled for delivery on the following business day. We encourage you to place your same-day orders as early as possible to ensure availability.

4. Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees vary depending on the delivery location and distance from our shop. The exact delivery fee will be provided during the checkout process.

5. Delivery Address:

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in delays or unsuccessful deliveries which will require a second delivery fee. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect address details.

6. Recipient Availability:

It is helpful if the recipient's availability at the specified delivery address is confirmed. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will follow instructions such as leaving the package at a safe location.

7. Re-Delivery Attempts:

If the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability or inaccurate address information, we will attempt a re-delivery on the next available business day. Additional delivery charges will apply for re-delivery attempts.

8. Special Occasions and Holidays:

During peak seasons and special occasions, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we recommend placing your orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery. We will not be able to guarantee a time for these days. Please also note that we are closed all public holidays.

9. Delivery Confirmation:

Once your order has been successfully delivered, we will send you a delivery confirmation notification via email or SMS, depending on the contact information provided during order placement.
