However, we understand that circumstances might arise where a refund or exchange is necessary. Please read our refund policy below for more information on how we handle such situations.

1. Order Accuracy and Quality:

We make every effort to fulfill your order with the utmost care and attention to detail. In the event that your order does not meet your expectations in terms of accuracy or quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the arrangement for assessment. If we find that there was a mistake on our part or that the product does not meet our quality standards, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund.

2. Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, kindly notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

3. Change of Mind:

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you wish to modify your order or request a refund due to a change of mind, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for change-of-mind requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee.

4. Flower Longevity:

As fresh flowers are perishable and their lifespan can be affected by various factors, we cannot guarantee their longevity beyond the expected vase life. If you experience premature wilting or deterioration significantly earlier than expected, please reach out to us within 1 day of receiving your order. We may request photographs for assessment. We will determine if the issue is due to our handling or if there were external factors beyond our control. Refunds or replacements will be offered accordingly.

5. Process for Refunds:

Refund requests will be processed within 3 business days of approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the issue arises from the customer's failure to follow care instructions, if the product has been tampered with, or if the refund request falls outside the stipulated timeframes.
